Editing Spawn times

Ok, have tried like mad to figure this out... with little luck.

Does anyone know how to edit the respawn delay?

A simple look through the server files would have given you your answer.
/etc/cabal/Data/Data_World/worldX-mmap.scp -> SpwnInterval
Time is in milliseconds.

It's my job to know about CABAL. Saying that, though, I still don't know as much as I'd like to, nor as much as I need to.

lol, simple look through 1 of 1,000's of files...
