Can someone give a hint on how can I fix the enchant safeguard? It doesn't work when I try to use it, nothing happens like it will still deducted the upgrade of the item. (All enchant safeguard as I tried)

I try change my Shadowtitanium core to high instead of medium and try to use safeguard high if it is work but it doesn't count.

And now I tried use Enchant Safeguard Medium it works, can someone tell me where can I change it to make it work with SGH instead of SGM?
