EOD2 NPC bug

Please help, I have a problem on EOD2 (Epaulet of Dead B2F) when I click the NPC to finish the dungeon it will warp me on EOD1 (Epaulet of Dead B1F) which will result that the dungeon is not finished. Can anyone tell me which file do I need to look or edit?
