Error when I try to put repacks files in /root/ directory *Rephrased*

Ok first off sorry Yamachi I didn't very well say on the last thread about this the files I meant were Chumpy's repacks files so sorry about that >_<. Ok so on to the main reason of this thread... And Yes I am using a root account. On WinSCP after I connect to the CentOS VM and try to move those files into the /Root/ directory I get a Permission Denied message I'm using a root account and I still can't figure out why its denying me I su commanded into the Root already before I did this I tried some methods I found around the internet like to su with putty and exit out of putty then just transfer it then but that still didn't work. Now I can't figure out what to do after that ( sorry if that text is pretty much annoying ) If you need anymore detail about it I can post it if you want. And that's pretty much it =/ And Yamachi I don't know what you meant about the permissions part in the last thread. I followed all the guides but this permission thing dropped on me like a bomb >_>

Irregardless of whether or not they are CABAL files you are transferring, it is STILL a CentOS/WinSCP issue. If you were transferring forum software and had this issue, you wouldn't ask the forum developers for help. In future, please don't remake a thread after it is closed/deleted. Despite that you did, I will leave this thread so Chumpy can help.
I personally have never seen issues with a root account not being able to access anything, so I have a fairly good feeling that (even though you believe you are) you are not using the "root" account. I've also never used WinSCP before, as I always use Filezilla. Maybe you could give that a try.

If connecting as root then there should be no permissions issues at all.

Try copying to your home folder as the installer should be able to run from there too. I only use root as default as it exists for everyone.

Ok all that's done now. Now for the IP's ( This is where the fun starts. In a bad way )Ok I'm just going to edit this little post here for like the 4th time already lol.. How do you make a account I read the guide Chumpy made and I can't find the table it mentions. Any specific name I think it was like... Cabal_tool_RegisterAccount or something like that? Under account database to I'm guessing?
