For Configure the bridge conection

Please i need help for configure the bridge connection...

this my configuration now :




the centos no connect to internet :bad:in this moment :S please help

some questions before a clear answer can be given:

what is your local (network - windows) ip?

is you wan ip static or dynamic?

are you using a router or an extra lan card?

you actually don't need to do anything out of the ordinary.

ill assume you have what is needed:

manually set bridge to your existing lan (not wan) network. (not automatically)

also choose custom, and by default set it to vmnet0 (default bridge)

i, use a router, my local ip is 192.168.1.1 , an my ip is static...and i intent config to this form:

if you got router with default gateway like 192.168.0.1 or something do that

on windows go to Start>CMD> type ipconfig see your default gateway it should be something like 192.168.something.something

then go on your cent os type setup in console then select LAN CONFIGURATION

IP Adress: 192.168.0.7
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default GateWay: Your default gateway

it will configure the DHCP on its own so cent os will recive the IP adress that you set.
