my Answer is: trying to implement EP3 stuff into an EP2 Client/server would Cause CRASHES.Its not WORKING because the EP3 stuff is Coded Different.
Just for Example:
Open decoded Cabal.enc from EP2 Client,and Cabal.enc from EP3 Client.
You will see the Differences.
The same with Server Files..they are Coded Different.
SOME Stuff works,like Mobs,Costumes,Weapons.
EVERYTHING what you can ADD into your EP2 Client/Server is just a TRICK.nothing Else.We just Tell the Client,that the File(the Edited)is okay,so load it...nothing else.

It seems you don't have a clue as to what you're talking about.
1. Moderator's can't ban outright. They can only infraction ban, which is temporary.
2. Cypher has never banned someone for talking about EP3 files. People are banned for disobeying the rules.
3. EP3 discussion is not allowed for a VERY good reason. We have already explained to people that EP3 things will never work properly with our EP2 clients. It's just not possible. Even though we've said this time and time again, people still try to get these new things working. Then, they come here and complain that they can't make it work properly. See where I'm going with this?
4. As to your accusation about infractions being given out nillywilly, it's complete crap. Cypher is an extremely capable moderator, and only infracts when he needs to, and for valid reasons.
I'd highly suggest you get your facts straight before you go ranting on these forums. Have a nice day.

Your main topic of discussion is based on a forbidden subject (Episode 3 discussions and requests are forbidden by our section rules), still you continue on this topic telling us that we are incapable of creating / releasing better files. Now a better approach on this matter would be to work on your own and release it when you have a solid product. This would be considered as a release and it will be within the section rules.

Chumpywumpy created scripts that ease the server configuration process. EST Soft quickly announced that they will file DMCA reports on all private servers. In order to keep RaGEZONE legal and DMCA proff we need to keep a low profile. In order to do that we disallow all episode 3 development / discussions that can and will lead to EST Soft's profit loss. Now if we make public any information that can expose EST Soft's Client or Server to a security risk RaGEZONE will become target practice for lawsuits. In other words we forbid episode 3, xtrap and most of the client modifications in order to mantain RaGEZONE's legal status.

Because WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING NEW. All we had is either released or kept as a secret in order to protect client security (this is only some client addresses that pose official Cabal Online client's security risks).
