What do you mean with 3 diffrent subnets?
Hmmm this the first time i see it before.
but do you have any idea why i still cant connect to my server?
all logs are normal without errors
I thought it was about lan. I've never seen one adapter to have 3 WAN ip's either. Maybe he clicked the advanced tab of his ipv4 settings and he added 2 more ips.
@User: is your internet working on that machine, also please double check your host and guest network linking. Check pings from your host to your guest machine.
i cant ping from windows to centos and from centos to windows anymore :S
but yesterday i could
IP addresses have changed by the sound of it. Check ipconfig/ifconfig and make sure you have at least 1 adaptor with the same subnet. Type "setup" in centos and use the network wizard to change it to dhcp (auto) and it will figure out the correct settings itself.
Ok this happens now
First windows can ping twice too centos than after that it get a timeout
centos never can ping to windows
and i cant choose between dhcp auto or something else
Hmmm. If the database connections from centos can get through and not pings i would guess there is a firewall which is blocking pings but letting sql connections through.
In Setup go to Network configuration->Run Tool
Highlight "Edit a device params" and press Enter. Press Enter again on the eth0 adaptor.
Highlight "Use DHCP" and press spacebar to select it. Everything below it should go grey.

ill thank Cypher too for helping but idk why i cant thank you with that thank button
And i thank Yamachi too for warning me that i not gotta double post or bump my own thread :D
i just had to do that ;p
No need to help me, Chumpy did the whole job. UTC+1 = GMT+1
Soo chumpy when are you on IRC ?
PS: What ports have to be open and on with ip address? the centos or the windows one ?
Sorry, i have been busy and partially crippled by a pulled muscle this week so i didn't get this done. I will be on IRC around 12:00 (lunchtime) your time tomorrow unless you have a better time ( i won't be here for the rest of tonight).
Ports are 38101-38190 and it should be your WAN address (whatismyip.com) pointed to the centos LAN one ("ifconfig" and choose the 192.x one). Most routers just want the IP to point to which is the centos one.
i can ping windows to centos and centos to windows now
but still cant login
Here are my logs :)
