GM Character PROBLEM HELP ASAP!!

Soo i have WA GM char and i put stats like this
STR: 175000
INT: 75000
DEX: 75000

I got bunch of all stats but Attack Rate is always "1" and i dont have any dmg... when i use buffs its "1" any weapon atk rate "1"
any idea guys?

Friend, always put the maximum in 60000 points for not having this error,.

Yea, if you put too many points into stats that will happen. It's a long-standing glitch, sadly.

Luckily, you really shouldn't need such a high amount of stats, even for a GM character, especially if you add the Blizzard/Power Word Kill or the Fury of Heaven skills, which have an ungodly amount of Amp %.

(note: if you do, remember to convert the skill value properly. I.e. for FoH, skill0147 -> 0147 (decimal) -> 0093 (hex) -> 9300 (switched around and ready to put into the red part of the skill code)
