GM commands

I can't get GM commands work. Anyone can show me how to get the GM command works. I have set the character to Nation 3 but when I use the summon command it doesn't do anything. I have tried /_summon, /summon and /_cssummon but none of those command work. Do I need chinese client for this command to work?

I have tried /_csummon 1 1 but it doesn't work. That command is like I am chatting, But the command /_summon 1 1 is not showing in the chat window, is seem to be working, but no monster is summon. I have tried different monsters id but it
doesn't work. Plus the /_1,2,3,4,5 command doesnt do anything. The only command that work is invisible. Could it be the GM command is disable?

I tried these commands/_csummon id 1 , /_csummon id 2 ,/_cssummon id 1 and the text show on the chat window. When I tried /_summon id 1 there is no text show on chat window, but nothing is coming up. On my character info show that my character is a GM. Is there anything else I need to do to get the summon command to work?
