I do not have windows on 64 bit. I have win7 on 32 bit.

select account.dbo.fn_md5('test')

and write here what it says.

Your xp_md5.dll is missing or wrong installed. Reinstall it and all should work. You must delete existing extended procedure if want to reinstall. All must be done like in Chumpy's guide.
