how to protect my server against hackers speedy?

tell me something about the mess in worlds.scp line speed, to change ro char value to the DC lead and then decrease a number, so when the hacker use the speed, it takes the DC server, I do not know how to do well, more aprece be something ....

Or simple breaklee command ??? With breaklee and ctrl+alt+shift+ ( cant remember exactly insert or pageup or something with the 6 key insert-delete-home-end ) u can set ur speed !
With /_15 show the chars hp etc etc ... Old cabal trick ;)
