Hard to login.....

Hi guys, i successfully run my server but the problem is it doesn't accept the client ("Failed to connect to server") ... sometimes i can play but it would take me around 20 times of log-in attempts before i successfully enter. I run my server on a shop and noticed also that other clients can't connect....

does it have something to do with the client? or server related?...

please help, thank you...
