Hellforged left me puzzled

I was successful enough to include the Ep10 skills, but I'm puzzled with how to add hell forged.

I think in the Item.scp or one of the files there is a ton of (Null in Notepad++) and a load of blank boxes in Notepad. How do I add this?

Can someone please provide me with the files of Skills + Hellforged or just tell me how to do it?
