[Help]Cabal Pilipinas Setup

it's about Cabal Pilipinas setup, im using mssql 2017 and centos 7, i followed the setup Centos7 Thread for Setup then i replaced files with Cabal Pilipinas + Database + Client files in server side then followed the instructions, i can't see any channel, i even replaced the worldsrvr.bin still can't see any channel, i added IgnoreClientVersion=1 in LoginSrvr. can anyone help me out
