HELP Cant connect the WinSCp to centOS

why i cant connect to the centos using winSCp? i always got error cnnection refused..im using boardband USB stick not LAN modem..can some one help me how to set up this kind of problem

Check your firewall settings on both sides.

i off already..i can ping on my centos and already can connect winSCP to centos my problem now cant connect to my server.

i use NAT in centOS and winSCP can connect already but when i use cabal tools to register a account i cant make cause the cabaltools always got error.

That looks like you have a router, are you using a router?

If so then you need to set it to bridged connection. The ips will be different if you have a router.

Also search around, there have been plenty of people who have had the same issue as you, GL :)

For cabal tools you have to use the windows ip address where all your databases are located, sa user name and the password you gave it, save config.
