All IP addresses in the server ini files should be 127.0.0.1 not LAN addresses (192.x). The only ones that should be different are odbc.ini and the IPAddress= and AddrForClient= in the worldsvr inis.

The login server does not show your login attempt either. If you used the "start cabal" batch file to start the client then either the ip address in internal.txt is wrong, a firewall stops you or the server is using the wrong IP address for players. The worldsvrs are not showing their IP address in the logs (these aren't my files i think unless you modified) so i can't tell if it is correct.

Ther server's ports are all in use. You need to run cabal_config again and reboot until those errors go away. I can't see what ip address the worldsvr is listening on but you cannot use a dyndns in the config, this is what my cabal_dynip script is for (updating the config when the ip changes).
