i download vmware and centos from this forum i install vmware but when i want to install centos on vmware i cant becouse vmware dont see centos.i select iso image and dont see nothing what can i do please i need help seriously...or with what program i can extract centos i see that he have 7z arhive ..help

search using google 7zip then extract then mount the ISO to Vmware

i have already try this and is doesnt work,,i try 7z peazip everything that you can find on google..and i cant extract them..is said me somthing like this: cannot open the file xxx as archive..another ideea?

what is the extension or filename of your centos?

CentOS-4[1].5-i386-binDVD.7z is 11 file i dowload them from this forum but one of files i dont know why have extension 7z and apears to me just like winrar archive but i cant open her.dam i dont know what to do
and i need fast this centos
