What are you asking? Just a random bit of error text doesn't tell us what is wrong.

Also, many programs are incompatible with win7 including many exe packers. There is nothing we can do about that.

that the error below... it should be compatible... i had to lunch ' cabalmain ' but the cmn [ seems to be shorten name = cmn means cabal main i think ] it should possible... but the cablemain i started seems not to connect the server i play :(

you can set the program to run on windows xp using win7 just right click and compatibiliy.

That looks like the winlicence version used to pack cabalmain isn't windows 7 compatible. If compatability mode doesn't help there isn't anything you can do but use another packer.
