Ok, solved it! Close Request!
Solution:
Don't convert jpg/png/bmp into dds with Nvidia Texture Tools!
I used https://www.aconvert.com/image/png-to-dds/ for converting, i'm not doing any advertising here, it's literally the second or the third link on google.
