[HELP] How to remove the shiny effect of costume?

Hello,

Anyone know how to remove this shiny effect of costume like wing? Some costume and wing do not have this shiny. I have checked EFX and compare both shiny and non shiny, there is no difference other than the ebm name. I also checked in both ebm, shiny and non shiny, but couldnt figure out where. I have a feeling that it comes from the Material section under EBM files but cant find any solution.
