First make backup-copy for t_stuff_well02.EBM
Cabal Client\Data\Object\Object\snow\t_stuff_well02.EBM

Download:
t_stuff_well02

Copy/Replace

Cabal Client\Data\Object\Object\snow\t_stuff_well02.EBM

and go in game "Bloody Ice" to see..

Note: Textures are not dds file-format you have to do that by your self..
