Some of the libraries that are provided by the RPMs are missing.

Google for them, you can/should also copy/rename or symbolically link them to the new ones.

I will try to reproduce the InitializeGlobals to see the exact cause and solution.

All of the RPMs should be included, CentOS 5.x is becoming obsolete if you are still using it I would recommend the latest CentOS 6.4.
