I know people in the official EU forums maintain drop lists so there might be something similar in OGPlanet's forums.

For EU you can find RoL+2 from Stone Golems (Port Lux) and Auto cannon EX (Fort Ruina). Not sure is OG is the same.

have you episode 2 file ? if yes can tell me what mob can drop rol +2 at 100% ? please.

Nothing drops at 100% lol.

In our data any mob in PL or FR can drop a RoL+2 at a 0.03125 but in PL once you hit level 60 at which point you have to go to FR. At level 73 they won't drop for you in FR anymore either.

Our data is very different from official though.
