[Help] Online time convert to VP or CC

hi RZ, i just want to ask if some one can help me regarding with online time convert to Vote points..because i want to add on Control panel,so players can convert their time to VP.

example: i made 50 hours on game,i want to convert it to VP..if i converted to vp i will received 100vp or so on.anyone can release their script? thank you in advance..happy new year :)
