i explane on video that need edit 1_hand_staff.efx,but you send 1_hand_orb.efx.This efx using for inventory or for visual orb ON hand-its not staff efx.When you edit efx which you send you edit this.

Staff display, which is bound to data.enc code and the actual efx is limited, you cannot extend it by regular means.
What sasuke most likely wants is to show palladium staff using orbs/crystals, which you cannot do, as anything above grade 12 won't be displayed without an extension on the cabalmain itself.
The orb display on hands can be set to whatever.
