Help! Others can't login to my website

Hello.....Why others can't login/register in my website? but Admin/Gm can login to Admin/Gm Panel....but in website they can't login/register....Why? Somebody help me plsssss

PS. I use CabalToolz v4 in Acnathon

Find it:

$_config['default_feed'] = 'ForRZ';
// End multi server support
$_config['cross_domain'] = true;
// Cache sytem
$_config['nocache'] = true;
$_config['curl'] = false; // this is a faster URL fetch make sure u have PHP curl turned on. /// Swich on.

After check your Xampp.

PS....Sorry for bumping....I just really need help,thats all....

Did you open port 80?
Do you have everything that is required to run the CabalToolz v4?
Can you register new accounts and login?
Did you grant all permission to the MSSQL account you are trying to use with the web site?

The CabalToolz v4 has nice features but it is not error free unless you have good exp with PHP and fix out everything.
Its better to start off with chumpys RegPage and CashShop,..

open the port in your router , port opened number is 80

now go to edit config file
C:\xampp\htdocs\backend\config.php

$_config['db_type'] = 'MSSQL';
$_config['db_host'] = "use wan ip wan connection (your wan ip found here) ";
$_config['db_user'] = 'your ssql user default is : sa ';
$_config['db_pass'] = 'your ssql password';
