FreeTDS isn't installed correctly.
Can you run cabal_install.sh again and let me know if any errors appear? I have had a few reports of this now but i can't make the problem happen myself and that makes it hard to work out what is causing it.
Try manually installing the freetds rpm as that should fix it.
