The ports the server is trying to use are already used. This means you have extra copies of the services running and need to reboot centos.
Also i suspect you have darkxl's files which don't include the fixed globalmgrsvr as there is an error in there that looks like the old login bug. Check the stickies for the fixed globalmgrsvr posted by youyou.
