It's worked for me for years. It wasn't really something you should've just copied over, it was to show you where your IP's and ports should've gone and if you looked at your language.enc then that really isn't that hard now is it :/ But here's what I've been seeing in other peoples files whom I've helped so try this.
Code:
[Svr]
1_chsAddr=192.168.0.114
1_chsPort=38121
2_chsAddr=192.168.0.114
2_chsPort=38121
3_chsAddr=192.168.0.114
3_chsPort=38121
4_chsAddr=192.168.0.114
4_chsPort=38121
5_chsAddr=192.168.0.114
5_chsPort=38121
6_chsAddr=192.168.0.114
6_chsPort=38121
7_chsAddr=192.168.0.114
7_chsPort=38121
8_chsAddr=192.168.0.114
8_chsPort=38121
9_chsAddr=192.168.0.114
9_chsPort=38121
10_chsAddr=192.168.0.114
10_chsPort=38121
21_chsAddr=192.168.0.114
21_chsPort=38125
30_chsAddr=192.168.0.114
30_chsPort=38122
31_chsAddr=192.168.0.114
31_chsPort=38123
Login_Max=1
1_Login_Addr=192.168.0.114
1_Login_Port=38101
2_Login_Addr=192.168.0.114
2_Login_Port=38101
1_LoginEX_Addr=192.168.0.114
1_LoginEX_Port=38101
1_LoginTest_Addr=192.168.0.114
1_LoginTest_Port=38101
That's just a LAN ip btw, don't mind that.
If this still doesn't work I advise you to get the original language.enc that's in your client and simply replace the IP's within with your server's IP.
P.S.: I really see no logic in the above language.enc, all channels the same port? But if it works, then it's cabal logic.
