Help setting CashShop

Anyone else who could help, your answer is welcome.
I'be just hat no luck getting answer from here as of the past couple of days...

I got most of it working, including setting myself as GM and going to the "Cash Shop Admin" button.

I want to add pets for your standard EP2 client.
I go to Category 3(pets), but don't know how to fill it out, because I don't know how to look up the item or image IDs (for pets), and what ItemOpt and DurationIdx means...

I saw a post of how to add new pets to the server using 010, but using it, I still can't figure out where the item IDs are...
I've spent about an hour now trying to figure it out, could you please help point me in the right direction?

I've searched a couple of times, but a lot of the posts aren't actually related to how to do what I'm looking for.

My inbox is full of help requests and people begging for stuff. If I clear it then it will just fill up with the same messages from different people and I will just have to clear it again. I haven't played Cabal for about 3 years and I lost most of my files so I'm not much help anymore ;)

I can't remember how pets work now but if I remember correctly my GM tools v2 could tell you the itemid and itemopt of any warehouse or inventory item so as long as somebody has made them work these numbers should be available. Doesn't anybody maintain a list of these now?

Your linke for the GMTools 2.00(alpha) is broke, along with some of your other links.
I have your 0.62a tool, but it doesn't have the itemlist.xls it says is missing, when I click item list...?
Any change you may have one laying around for your original client, or tell me how to compile one from what I've got?
