Help social skills .efx location

combined some cabal efx files atm. currently playing a ep8 server.
question is, where does the social skills efx located ? am just new to cabal . any help

you can find only social skill icon, all social skill based in ech files ,not in efx

ok ? what i actually want is to combine visual effects of social skills and skills..
example i want my roll over saved under the dash or fade skill efx file.

rename skill(xxx).dds with the new icon you want
xxx mean skill number ,check in cabal_msg.enc

social icon in data\UI\Icon\social_xxx.dds
and social name in cabal_msg.enc too

check s_act for social number

sact28 = roll over ( cabal_msg )
social_28.dds = roll over
skill0208 = dash ( cabal_msg )
skil_208.efx = dash

what to do next, i want my roll over look like dash efx
