help Upgrading

i cant do upgrade to +4 xD i cant find where to put the rates of upgrading can some one help me with this



how do i change the upgrate rates like +1 100% +2 100% +3 100%
+4 90% +5 80% +6 60% +7 30%

find:

[UpgradeCore]	Grade_Value	E_Default	Enhance
0	1	100	100
1	2	100	100
2	3	52.5	100
3	4	41.25	100
4	5	30	60
5	6	18.75	30
6	7	8	15

change for:

[UpgradeCore]	Grade_Value	E_Default	Enhance
0	1	100	100
1	2	100	100
2	3	100 100
3	4	90	90
4	5	80	80
5	6	60	60
6	7	30	30

final open console, and put command:

service cabal reload
or
service cabal restart

done.
