[HELP] Why I cant Install My VMware .??

Can you help what is my Error .. mr champy ?
i install it before .. and its work but now .. its is the problem appear.sorry for my bad english? can anyone tell ..what file i miss?

i see that both of as use same kind of vmware.
this error apears when you try to install vmware or after ?

but it is my firts attemp to install After i config my SQL Databases ..
may be what is the possible error.. ..did i made wrong or..is ther something missing requirement.. for intallation.. i dont think i have file missing....

pff is not imporatant the order to install sql or vmware first.
all that i can tell you is to try again to install and if it fail hope sir chumpy answer to you.
normaly this error shouldn`t apears

This looks like something is not right with windows side-by-side (SxS) or visual C++ runtime problems. Try reinstalling the C++ redist first. If that doesn't get it then an install log will be needed and i can't remember how to get one out of the vmware installer at the moment. I'll look it up later if needed.

later,after i post my problem .. i dicided to reinstall whole windows,xp service pack 2 ,, then after that,, ill put 1st the VMWARE, then im am Sacessfully to install the VMware ,then second ill put the SQL2005 after the all the configuration..ill try to load my Centos 4.7 ,, now this is the problem i cant ..open my VMware im very Sad because it is my 3rd time to reinstalling my windows xp 2 ,,can you trace what is the problem aside to the video guide .. i see the ist running in windows xp.. sir champys`what do you think is the problem..did i miss something to my installation .. ?
its is possible ,to shift in Windows Vista .. 32 bit ----
