Pfff i told you to enable the rewrite module on your appache!
Or you missed the .htaccess file.
Edit: Your register and other modules are working.

I have .htaccess. But how I can enable rewrite module I use IIS.
PS: It's no my site.

CT4 released by Acnaton will work on a register only unless you edit it from md5 to PWDCOMPARE pass encryption.

To run the register function, install xampp xx.73 or xx.77 version or apache and follow the guide to set-up php.ini inside Php folder of xampp.
