Help! You failed to connect to the Server!

Hello,
First, I'm in Egypt and I have a WE Wi-fi subscription which gives us 100 GB download with speed 15Mbps, I downloaded CABAL two days ago and updated it the update was almost 4GB.

Now when I enter my Account Name and Password, I always receive this error message.

You have failed to connect to the server.
Please try later.

I have tried to use Hotspot Shield and VPN but with no avail.

Any help would be appreciated before I uninstall the game.
