    As I found, this CentOS is installed in local(offline) and as I saw it is misconfigured.

    as I have already explained to you CentOS 6.5 was deactivated in November 2020 so it no longer works to do yum Update however you can always use it to create a server because it does not need to do Yum Update

    I recommend installing the server on Centos 7, where yum will update

    CentOS 6.5 can be use and yum update is not needed.
