The only online server is the KR one and you need an KR account which you can buy. If it's worth? Definitely.

He'll have to be a really good friend because there is some sensitive data in the register form. It's most likely that Cabal2 will remain f2p with the option to pay for premium features.

You can wait for the EU version, which I believe it's coming at the end of this year or in the 1st quarter of 2014
