Any of them are ok, but its the owner (YOU) that sets the permissions and secures his server.

I suggest you read up on things and make up your own mind on which is best for you.

Take a look at the cabal section rules also.
This will save you any trouble asking questions that are not related to Cabal.

I still lol at people bothering to secure their sql server. Just firewall it and make sure your website has proper anti injection :-)
