hmm weird sounds!?

So i add Arms Shields.. Bows to my Data.enc Successfully and i tested them they works perfect but now Male Sound is Female Sound! also when u log in to charcter choosing it makes weird sounds
i though its from WAV but i tested it and it seems to be from the EFX i wanna ask 3 questions how exactly EFX effects WAV as all Sound Files are found in WAV?

second question how can i fix this problem ? i have tried for hours to fix it but on soultion yet

Third Question is there is any possible way to make 2 Data.enc's? 1 for EFX and 1 for WAV Sprated?
