How can my friends connect to my server?

My pc that is connected wirelessly to my router is running the server.

When I play, my internal.txt is configured as:
IP=192.168.2.138 [my centOS Ip]
PORT=38101
CHAT_IP=192.168.2.138
CHAT_PORT=38121

So if my friends were to play do they also use this configuration?

check to be 100% sure that your server [ centos ] has internet.Than just download the login patch and replace there in serverlist.txt and /data/internal.txt the ips.

Very sorry for the late reply, was changing my internet isp service to another company.

My centos has internet [using the bridge connection and can surf web from centos].

My friend still can't connect to my server. His config goes like this from his house:
