How come my nation reward warp is not showing up?

i already set up the winning nation in sql but this problem still persists.

Check your start date and reward duration.

I put 2013-06-23 19:00:26.523 for start date and 365 for duration, still not working, green warp is not even on the map.

finish at least 1 nations war to get warIdx ...
set your last warIdx and its work !
