are you haveing an issue with connecting to your server?

if you are try disabling your windows firewall

if thats not the issue please be more specific

i have problem connecting cabal to centos server..the server working properly..but client failed to connect to the server..i have put internal.txt in cabal folder and edit the ip same as centos ip..is it necessary to edit .ini files in the server?

It sounds like a firewall issue. Make sure that your CABAL ports are open on your server.
