I think you can. I'm not 100% positive, but I THINK. There is probably some command (ex. !spawn 23113643543) that lets you spawn a monster. Each monster is assigned a ID and to spawn a monster you do something similar to !spawn and type in the ID. I haven't found any guides that have GM commands, and I really wish to find one.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't we running the server under Test Mode thus unable to summon monsters that we can interact with?? I believed it has something to do with the .enc file being unable to encrypt it after decrypted.

I'm not sure about summoning them, but you can change them somehow, the server I play in has weekly events of special channels where Desert Scream is filled with Cornus.

OK so, you cannot summon monsters ingame, but you can summon monsters directly from the server by adding in into the spawn list and creating a drop list for them.

Example:

You go to data/worldid_mmap.scp
copy the last line and add , a number bigger by one since the last one, coordinates and the rest of the lines leave them unchanged. Then go to
data/worldid_terrain.scp
And add copy the last line there and add your drop there for the monster. I`ll be posting a guide today or tomorow with this, if you can wait.
