how i edit bike astral rw3 and key for summon?

i need the code for use or edit in chumpys' editor GM Tools.

To use the rw3 you must have the class ranks and the astral bike skill. The only way to do that is figure out how to decode the class binary so you can edit it, and then decode the skills binary so you can add the skills. It is actually quicker to just do the quests.
