How to add items on Cabal Toolz

Hi, can someone teach me how to add items on website or Cabal Toolz?

DejaVu, didnt you ask this before already and I answer it but the post went up in smoke,..

CabalToolz is a website unless you mean the CabalTools by BalQ.

- You can add the item to BalQ tools by editing Data\cabal.xml
- Add the item to your character by using MSSQL login info, Server IDX

I dont know how the config layout is in CabalToolz web but,
all items are added via Item Kind, Option and Duration.
