Easy answer nobody knows. the quest data is held as a one big numeric value so people need to work out how it is put together.

Until then just do the quests, it's not that hard.

There is no other way at the moment. All i can suggest is you take the quests and cheat on all the ones you can. Use the cabalcash util that comes with the gm tools and the item db list in the guide sticky and just give yourself all of the items you need for the quests. It won't help you when you need to kill x of blah but anything that involves collecting items you can just give them to yourself, this includes the certificate things you need for the rank up quests.

it's easy to tell to the server "This character have do all quest"

But you don't gain the skill for exemple or other stuff :s

So you can do the server don't tell you everywhere "YOU HAVE QUEST NOOBIE ^^"

But if you enter in the base this tips you can't obtain "Combo skill" "Astral board skill" etc...
