How to bind Weapon Item only for 1 Class

i want make
- Staffs only for WI
- BM3 Weapons only for classes(Axe only WA, Katana FB BL, Shooter Gun only for FA and etc)

also
how i can change some other options(Like CDI, MCRI, Amps, HP and other) for BM3 Epaulets?

just look at shadowtit and you will see how to do it...

you can edit item.enc ----change the line [enum Class limit_class ]
the line opt can change HP, Attack and so on!
