First of all,what website are you using?

It depends on the website.. if the Website based on Character code you can change it. but if the website mostly base on some other code or stuff like flash object etc etc. you cant changed it hmmm you can but it so hard. . "You can change it by manually edit the flash object or other stuff by using different softwares.

Well if your page is in php,take a look into code,or if is in flash,you need to convert to flv then export the resource with adobe flash and edit what you want.
