How to change GM Card

Help how to change this card GM into ADM or something like that please :(

Data> Item > funstaff > gm_h.ebm

010 Editor + Templates + convert to dds + edit with photoshop save then replace dds and save file. Done!

1st question: what folder to find this GM_h.dds? sorry bad english

2nd question: or how to convert dds to put back as ebm format? :)
