How to disable dual login on the same account in different channel?

I need help on how to disable the dual login on the same account in different channel. This is very relevant issue to all newbie server since many PPL knows how to cheat the game using this function (DUAL LOGIN).

Please let us know how to properly configure the server in order to maintain the game balance and stability.
